MaxTrac was founded by a small group of employees and a few are actually still around to this day, dedicated to the success of the company and the happiness of our customers. JJ, head of tech support, is one of those guys. While he might be juggling several things at once, he’s always happy to jump on the phone and walk a customer through an install or an issue.
