MAXTRAC SUSPENSIONS, LLC. reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time as deemed necessary. All Terms and Conditions are effective August 1st, 2010. These terms and conditions supersede any other implied terms expressed in writing or verbal.

Application listings in this catalog have been carefully checked for each model and year denoted. MAXTRAC SUSPENSION reserves the right to update as necessary, without notice, and will not be held responsible for misprints, changes, or variations made by vehicle manufacturers.


Limited Lifetime Warranty is extended to all hard/fixed parts, to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. MAXTRAC’s obligation is limited to repair or replacement at MAXTRAC’s discretion. MAXTRAC’s Warranty does not cover any costs incurred due to the installation or removal of products, towing costs, freight costs, rental vehicles, or incidental or associated costs. Warranty does not cover finish, race applications, incorrect installations, abuse, neglect, or commercial vehicles.

Vulcan Shocks, Maxtrac shocks, bushings, ball joints, spherical bearings, tie rod ends, coil springs & any other “wear-and-tear components” come with a 1 year limited warranty from date of purchase. All warranties are on a case-by-case basis under Maxtrac Suspension’s discretion

FOX shocks come with a 1 year warranty from date of purchase. All warranties must be done through FOX directly using their “service warranty & repair” form https://www.ridefox.com/service.php?m=truck

Pricing is subject to change without notice. MAXTRAC will notify the buyer of change in pricing to confirm order, before any shipments or charges are made. All Drop-Ship orders must be faxed or emailed to MAXTRAC SUSPENSION, no exceptions. Drop-Ship orders incur a 5 per order charge, and must be submitted to MAXTRAC before 1:00pm PST with confirmed availability to leave the same day. All orders leave UPS or FEDEX Ground.

Non-defective product returns incur a 25% restocking fee, and must be in new, resalable condition. All returned products require a Return Authorization Number prior to return, no exceptions.
